I was only allowed to get into Kathy's webmail on the certain emails she opened that contained important documents that needed to be saved under the PerkinsSiteVisit folder. Most of these documents were pdfs and were easily saved without changing their names. For some of them that were Word documents, however, I saved them first from the webmail and then saved them as pdf using Adobe PDF. From there on and with some further instructions on what to do next, I created new web pages under Dreamweaver that contained links that lead to these pdf's. Most of the pdf's I uploaded was about a syllabus for a certain class. Once the web page was all finished, it was linked to a bigger web page that had subjects of all the curriculum majors HCC is teaching from Accounting to Welding Technology. For other pdf's saved that weren't syllabi but contained certain dates for those particular documents were linked to several web pages designed a bit differently with a couple of date links.
This was pretty much what happened but since it had been moderately slow throughout the week and when there was nothing for me to do with much more web work, I continued working on the degree plan pdf's for another employer on Kathy's other computer. I am close to being halfway finished with finishing this 44 page long project but this is my fourth week trying to complete it since I can't work with it every time I come to work when Kathy needs me for her projects.
